This website provides information about psychotherapy and professional consultation services offered by Melissa Cribb, a licensed professional clinical counselor. These services include: Therapy Intensives Therapy intensives are structured, short-term treatment experiences designed for individuals seeking focused support for trauma, burnout, and emotional distress. These sessions utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and other evidence-based modalities to facilitate rapid healing and transformation. Personal information may be collected to assess clinical fit, schedule sessions, and ensure continuity of care Individual Therapy Individual therapy is available for adults experiencing trauma, substance use concerns, perfectionism, and related emotional challenges. Services are provided in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable laws. Information collected through this site may be used to initiate contact, schedule appointments, and support therapeutic engagement. Clinical Consultation Clinical consultation is offered to licensed mental health professionals seeking guidance on trauma-informed care, case conceptualization, or integration of ART into their practice. These services are educational in nature and do not constitute supervision or treatment. Information collected may be used to coordinate sessions and maintain professional records.

We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze the use of the Services. The Google Analytics Advertising Features that we may use include: Google Display Network Impressions Reporting and Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reporting. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than we retain personal information collected through this website (such as name, email, and phone number) only as long as necessary to respond to inquiries, coordinate services, or comply with legal and ethical obligations. for clients who engage in therapy or consultation services, health and financial information is stored securely within a hipaa-compliant electronic health record (ehr) platform and retained in accordance with professional licensing requirements, insurance regulations, and applicable laws. we do not retain sensitive information directly on this website..

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

For clients who engage in therapy, additional identifiers may be collected and stored securely within a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) platform. We do not collect sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers through our website.
  • Category B - As part of our therapy intake process, we may collect personal characteristics such as age, gender, and other relevant demographic information. This data helps us tailor services to each client’s needs and is stored securely within a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) platform. We do not collect this information directly through our website.
  • Category C - We collect limited consumer data related to the services clients have purchased or expressed interest in, such as therapy intensives or consultations. This information helps us tailor offerings and maintain accurate records. All data is stored securely within a HIPAA-compliant platform and is never sold or used for advertising purposes.
  • Category E - Internet Activity Have you collected information regarding a user's internet activity in the last 12 months? This is any tracking or compiling of a person's online activity, for example, to personalize content or advertisements that you want the user to see. Yes No
  • Category F - We do not collect or track your precise physical location or movements. Our website may detect general location (such as city or region) based on your IP address to improve performance, but we do not store or use this information for marketing or profiling purposes.
