I’m a licensed therapist specializing in trauma, addiction, and high-functioning anxiety, and I help clients create real change—not just insight.

I don’t primarily offer traditional weekly therapy. I specialize in Deep Healing Sessions (trauma intensives). These are extended, focused sessions designed to help you move through patterns that often take months or years in weekly therapy.
