Deep Healing Sessions: Trauma Intensives in Minneapolis, MN

Healing doesn’t have to take years

You look like you have it together.

  • But your mind won’t shut off.

  • You’re constantly thinking, planning, managing
    , even when you’re exhausted.

  • And no matter how much insight you have…

  • Your body doesn’t seem to get the message.

This is where that finally shifts.

Deep Healing Sessions (Trauma Intensives)
Focused sessions designed to help you move through what’s keeping you stuck without months of weekly therapy.

We’ll talk through what’s going on and see if this is the right fit, no pressure.

This might look like you:

You finally sit down at night… and end up scrolling for hours

Your brain replays conversations and decisions on a loop

You’re the one people rely on, but you’re running on empty

Woman sitting on a rock with her arms raised showing healing and recovery from trauma, in Osseo, MN

You try to relax… but your body doesn’t know how

You’ve done therapy. You’ve tried “tools.”
And still feel like something underneath hasn’t actually shifted.

This is where real change starts.

You’re not doing anything wrong.

You didn’t learn how to slow down

You learned how to stay “on” to function, perform, and get through.

Now your nervous system doesn’t know how to stop.

And that’s not something you fix with more effort.

Why this hasn’t worked (yet):

Weekly therapy → not enough time to stay with the pattern

Coping tools → manage symptoms, don’t resolve them

Coaching & programs → helpful, but often surface-level

You don’t need more strategies.

You need the space to actually process what’s underneath it.

Deep Healing Sessions

This is not traditional therapy.

These are extended, focused sessions where we stay with one pattern long enough for your brain to actually process and release it.

Instead of stopping right when things start to open up.
We keep going until something shifts.

This is where real change happens.

When Weekly Therapy Isn’t Enough Time

Weekly Therapy

Deep Healing Sessions

• 20–40+ sessions over time
$3,000 – $8,000+ invested over time

3+ hour focused sessions

No weekly reset or catch-up time

We stay with the pattern until it actually shifts

The nervous system has time to fully process what’s been stuck

Designed for deeper movement in a shorter period of time

Typical investment

• 5-hour focused sessions
• Most clients complete 1–3 sessions
Investment begins at $1,800

The Key Difference

Weekly therapy spreads the work out over months or years.

Deep Healing Sessions create a focused space to move through patterns in hours rather than fragments over weeks.

For many professionals, the question becomes:

Do I want to keep struggling with this over the next year, or move through it in the next month?

What is a Deep Healing Session: Trauma Recovery Intensives?

  • A Deep Healing Session offers a level of focus and depth that’s hard to achieve in traditional weekly therapy. When you have multiple hours dedicated just to your healing, you can stay fully immersed in the work without the disruption of stopping and starting week after week.

Many clients find that this uninterrupted time helps them process deeper emotions, connect patterns more clearly, and reach meaningful breakthroughs that may have taken months in regular therapy. The extended sessions allow you to access the vulnerability and safety needed to truly release old pain, reprocess trauma, and begin living with a greater sense of calm and confidence.

For those who feel stuck or ready for lasting change, the intensive format can create powerful shifts in a shorter period of time, helping you move forward with clarity and relief.

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based approach that helps people quickly move past the effects of trauma, anxiety, grief, and other distressing experiences.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, ART utilizes eye movements and imagery techniques to help your brain process painful memories in a new and more effective way. The facts of what happened remain, but the emotional charge, distress, or physical reactions tied to the memory are reduced or eliminated.

  • ART is a blend of established therapeutic methods, including elements of:

    • Eye Movement Desensitization

    • Somatic/body-based awareness

    • Imagery rescripting techniques

During our ART session, you don’t have to share all the details of your experience out loud. Instead, I guide you through sets of eye movements while you visualize the memory, emotion, or situation. This helps the brain “recode” distressing images and sensations so they feel less overwhelming.

Clients often report feeling lighter, calmer, and more in control after a session, even when addressing issues that have felt stuck for years.

The Cost of Staying Stuck Adds Up

You’re likely already investing in yourself:

  • Weekly therapy: $3,000-$8,000+ per year

  • Coaching programs or workshops: $2,000–$5,000+

  • Wellness tools, apps, supplements

And still feeling…stuck.

Not because you’re doing it wrong.

But because you haven’t had the space to fully move through it.

A Deep Healing Session condenses months of work into days and helps you finally move forward.

What Does a Typical Deep Healing Session: Trauma Recovery Intensive Look Like?

  • We’ll begin with a free 20-minute consultation to explore your goals, discuss what you’d like to focus on, and determine whether a 1-, 2-, or 3-day intensive is the best fit for you. If we decide to move forward, you’ll schedule a 60-minute Pre-Intensive Planning Session, during which we’ll clarify your priorities, identify core themes, and design your individualized treatment plan.

You’ll receive a personalized workbook filled with guided reflections, resources, and integration tools to support your preparation and post-intensive growth.

If you’ll be traveling to Minnesota for your intensive, I can share recommendations for comfortable nearby accommodations and local spots to recharge between sessions.

  • Each intensive takes place in my Osseo office or virtually (for Minnesota residents) and typically includes 3 hours of therapy per day. Sessions integrate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic approaches to support deep emotional processing and nervous system regulation.

We’ll always end each session with time for grounding, reflection, and planning for the next day, so you leave feeling calm and centered.

Light snacks, coffee, and water will be available throughout your time here.

  • We’ll meet for a 60-minute Post-Intensive Integration Session to reflect on your experience, celebrate progress, and outline steps for continued healing.

You’ll receive a written summary of your intensive, including the key themes we explored, the emotional shifts you experienced, and recommendations for ongoing support.

If you’d like me to coordinate with your ongoing therapist or another provider, I can provide a collaborative debrief to ensure your progress continues to build long after your intensive ends.

Ready to embrace yourself & begin your healing journey?

If you’re tired of carrying anxiety, stress, or past trauma alone, now is the time to take the first step toward relief. Let’s talk about how therapy intensives or therapy can help.

Deep Healing Sessions: Trauma Recovery Intensives FAQs

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based approach recognized by the National Registry of Evidence-Based Programs and Practices (NREPP) and the U.S. Department of Defense. Research has shown that ART can significantly reduce symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief in as few as 1–5 sessions, often achieving results much faster than traditional talk therapy.

ART works by helping the brain reprocess distressing memories and sensations so they no longer carry the same emotional charge. Because the change happens at both a neurological and emotional level, clients often experience relief that feels both deep and lasting.

ART Intensives use the same proven approach but in a condensed, highly focused format. Rather than spreading sessions over months, you have the opportunity to stay fully engaged in the process—allowing for deeper integration and faster transformation. Many clients appreciate how this immersive structure helps them gain momentum, clarity, and emotional freedom in a short amount of time.

  • Intensives are a great fit if you’re motivated to make change and want dedicated time to focus on yourself without waiting weeks or months for results. They’re ideal for those struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief, perfectionism, or addictive patterns.

  • Yes. Therapy intensives are only available to Minnesota residents. If you live out of state, you may travel to my office in Osseo, MN, to participate in person.

  • No. Most clients start with one day.

After your intensive, we’ll talk through what shifted and whether additional time would be helpful—but there’s no pressure to continue.

  • That’s completely okay—and actually expected for some people.

If there are deeper or multiple patterns, we can expand into additional days to continue the work at a pace that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

  • Extended intensives typically range from 2–3 days.

    They allow us to:

    • Work through multiple experiences or patterns

    • Go deeper without rushing the process

    • Create more comprehensive, lasting change

We only recommend this if it truly fits your goals.

  • You don’t have to figure that out alone.

That’s exactly what the consultation is for—we’ll look at what you’re experiencing and decide together what level of support makes the most sense.

  • Weekly therapy can be helpful, but it often:

    • Keeps you in the cycle of talking about the same things

    • Doesn’t allow enough time to fully process what’s underneath

Intensives create the space to actually move through what’s been stuck—so you’re not managing the same patterns week after week.

  • Not if it’s done correctly.

We go at a pace your nervous system can handle, and everything is structured to feel contained, supported, and grounded—not overwhelming.

  • Therapy intensives are private pay only, and I do not accept insurance.

Because intensives are highly personalized and accelerated, they go beyond what traditional insurance-based therapy typically allows. Rather than following a standard, weekly model, intensives provide focused, immersive work designed for meaningful change in less time.

Insurance often limits session length, pace, and the type of treatment covered. Intensives offer you:

    • Privacy: No diagnosis or treatment plan is shared with insurance.

    • Autonomy: We focus entirely on your goals—not insurance requirements.

    • Efficiency: Deep, lasting progress in days instead of months or years.

Many clients view intensives as an investment in their healing and long-term growth, a way to move forward faster and with greater clarity.

  • ART Intensives use longer sessions over a shorter period of time, allowing you to process and resolve issues deeply without interruptions. Rather than spreading therapy over weeks or months, you can stay fully immersed in the work and experience meaningful shifts in just a few days. Many clients describe it as months of progress condensed into one transformative experience.

While the investment for an ART Intensive may seem higher upfront, it’s often more cost-effective than traditional weekly therapy. Instead of paying for months, or even years of sessions, an intensive allows you to address the root of the problem in a focused, efficient way. The extended time together helps you reach emotional breakthroughs faster, integrate new insights more deeply, and leave feeling grounded and confident in your next steps.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking your intensive and the remaining 50% is due on the scheduled pre intensive interview session.

  • If you’re considering referring to me…

In addition to Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic regulation strategies, and attachment-focused interventions to create a holistic and individualized experience for your client. The work done during an intensive often allows clients to move through emotional blocks more efficiently, returning to their primary therapist with greater stability, insight, and readiness for continued growth.

If you are trained in ART, IFS, or somatic modalities, I can tailor the intensive to align with your therapeutic framework, ensuring continuity of care.
