I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, perfectionism, self-doubt, substance use, and ADHD. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who appear to “have it all together” but are struggling internally.

I offer both in-person sessions in Osseo, MN, and secure virtual sessions for clients physically located in Minnesota.

I accept insurance for weekly therapy sessions with limited availability. For ART Intensives and consultations, I do not accept insurance; however, I can provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Additionally, HSA/FSA funds are often accepted.

Please note that not all insurance plans cover reimbursement for out-of-network providers, and some plans may have a deductible or a maximum allowable amount. I would recommend that you call the customer service number on the back of your card to speak with a representative for details about your specific plan.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking your intensive and the remaining 50% is due on the scheduled pre intensive interview session.
