You don’t have to keep reliving the past to heal from it
You find yourself…
Overthinking, replaying conversations, or worrying about everything that could go wrong. Even though people see you as capable and put-together, inside you feel restless, exhausted, or on the verge of burnout. Anxiety can make it hard to slow down, sleep, or feel at peace in your own skin.
-
Trauma isn’t just in your head, it lives in the nervous system. Together, we’ll explore how your body holds stress and why certain triggers still feel overwhelming.
-
Using approaches like ART, IFS, and somatic therapy, you’ll be able to safely reprocess painful experiences without having to relive all the details.
-
Healing takes more than words. I’ll guide you with experiential methods that help you feel calmer, more grounded, and ready to move forward.

Feeling calm and grounded instead of always on edge, knowing your nervous system can return to a place of safety.
Trusting yourself and your body again, rather than feeling betrayed by memories or past experiences.
Breaking free from cycles of shame or self-blame, and beginning to see your story through a lens of strength.
Building relationships that feel safe and connected, where you no longer have to brace yourself for harm.
Trauma may shape your story, but it doesn’t have to define your future.
Together, we’ll go at your pace, meet you exactly where you are, and create lasting tools so you can feel grounded, empowered, and more in control of your life.

Trauma therapy helps you safely process experiences that overwhelmed your nervous system. In my approach, we use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), somatic work, and parts-based healing (IFS) to help your brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer feel charged or intrusive. You don’t have to retell your story in detail. We focus on calming the body, reducing triggers, and helping you feel grounded, clear, and connected again.

This depends on your goals. Weekly trauma therapy can take several months, but ART intensives shorten the timeline significantly. Many clients experience major shifts in 1–3 days of focused work because we target the root of the trauma directly. You can continue with weekly sessions afterward if you want deeper integration.

Many adults who experienced neglect, emotional immaturity from caregivers, or chronic stress show signs of unresolved trauma — even if they don’t remember a “big event.” Signs include chronic anxiety, emotional numbness, feeling permanently “on guard,” difficulty trusting others, perfectionism, people-pleasing, persistent shame or self-criticism, difficulty setting boundaries, or recurring stress reactions to relationship or work triggers. Therapy helps you identify these patterns and offers a path to healing.

I’m honored to support you on your healing journey. We’ll begin with a free 20-minute consultation to make sure we genuinely feel like a good fit. A strong therapeutic connection is one of the most important factors in meaningful progress, and if either of us feels that another provider would be a better match, I’m always happy to offer referrals. Your comfort, safety, and clarity matter here.
