Deep Healing Session in Edina, mn

Healing doesn’t have to take years

Stop Managing. Start Resolving.

You’ve tried therapy, coaching, workshops, and wellness programs.
→And yet, you’re still exhausted, overthinking, and “on” even when you don’t want to be.

A Deep Healing Session is your chance to finally move through what’s keeping you stuck—without months of weekly sessions.

We’ll talk through what’s going on and see if this is the right fit—no pressure.

Why Weekly Therapy and Other Programs Often Fall Short

Weekly therapy: you start to open the pattern… then time runs out

Coaching programs & workshops: great for tools, but often surface-level

Wellness routines: support your life, but rarely shift the root patterns

An intensive is focused, uninterrupted work that actually resolves patterns.

Sound familiar?

You finally sit down at night…and somehow end up doomscrolling at 11:30 pm, even though you are exhausted

You overanalyze small decisions like, “Did I make the wrong choice?” or “What if this backfires?”

You’re the one people count on… but quietly think, “I don’t know how much longer I can keep doing this.”

You tell yourself:

“Just relax.”

“Stop overthinking.”

“Why am I like this?”

…but nothing actually changes.

If this feels familiar:

It’s not because you’re doing something wrong.

It’s because:

  • You’ve never been given the right kind of support

  • Or enough time and depth to actually shift what’s underneath it

This is exactly why therapy intensives exist.

Instead of:

  • Talking about the same patterns week after week

  • Trying to “cope” your way through

We create the space to actually process, release, and reset what’s driving it—so you’re not managing symptoms anymore.

You try to rest, but it turns into: scrolling, snacking, zoning out…anything but actually feeling relaxed

You look like you have it together… but inside it feels like you’re constantly managing something

This is where real change starts.

What is a Deep Healing Session: Trauma Recovery Intensives?

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based approach that helps people quickly move past the effects of trauma, anxiety, grief, and other distressing experiences.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, ART utilizes eye movements and imagery techniques to help your brain process painful memories in a new and more effective way. The facts of what happened remain, but the emotional charge, distress, or physical reactions tied to the memory are reduced or eliminated.

  • ART is a blend of established therapeutic methods, including elements of:

    • Eye Movement Desensitization

    • Somatic/body-based awareness

    • Imagery rescripting techniques

During our ART session, you don’t have to share all the details of your experience out loud. Instead, I guide you through sets of eye movements while you visualize the memory, emotion, or situation. This helps the brain “recode” distressing images and sensations so they feel less overwhelming.

Clients often report feeling lighter, calmer, and more in control after a session, even when addressing issues that have felt stuck for years.

  • An ART Intensive offers a level of focus and depth that’s hard to achieve in traditional weekly therapy. When you have multiple hours dedicated just to your healing, you can stay fully immersed in the work without the disruption of stopping and starting week after week.

Many clients find that this uninterrupted time helps them process deeper emotions, connect patterns more clearly, and reach meaningful breakthroughs that may have taken months in regular therapy. The extended sessions allow you to access the vulnerability and safety needed to truly release old pain, reprocess trauma, and begin living with a greater sense of calm and confidence.

For those who feel stuck or ready for lasting change, the intensive format can create powerful shifts in a shorter period of time, helping you move forward with clarity and relief.

The Cost of Staying Stuck Adds Up

Most women I work with aren’t avoiding investing in themselves. They’re already investing- just in ways that don’t fully solve the problem.

  • Weekly therapy: ~$150/session → $7,200+ per year

  • Coaching programs or workshops: $2,000–$5,000+

  • Wellness memberships, apps, supplements: thousands more

And still feeling…stuck.

Not because you’re doing it wrong.

Because none of those gives you the time to fully move through it.

A Deep Healing Session condenses months of work into days- and helps you finally move forward.

Start Where Most Clients Do

Most clients begin with a Deep Healing Session: 1-Day Trauma Recovery Intensive starting at $1,000

Because when something has been looping for months—or years—
You don’t need more time thinking about it…

You need the space to finally move through it.

Focused Reset

$1,000 | 5 Hours

This is the most common place to start—and for many clients, it’s enough to create real, noticeable change.

This is for you if:

  • There’s one specific issue, memory, or pattern that keeps resurfacing

  • You feel stuck in overthinking, anxiety, or emotional reactivity

  • You’ve done therapy before, but didn’t feel lasting relief

  • You want something efficient, focused, and actually impactful

What we do together:

This isn’t about retelling your story over and over.

We focus on one core issue and help your brain fully process it—
so it stops feeling as intense, triggering, or “stuck.”

You’ll leave with:

  • A noticeable shift in how it feels

  • More clarity and mental space

  • A sense of relief that actually lasts

What’s included:

  • 60-minute pre-session (clarity + direction)

  • 3-hour intensive session

  • 60-minute integration session

For some clients, one day is enough.
For others, we build on this work with additional days for deeper, layered support.

You don’t have to figure that out now. We’ll decide together.

Need More Than One Day?

Some clients choose to continue beyond the first day—especially if there are multiple layers or long-standing patterns.

Additional intensive options are available and customized based on:

  • Depth of what you’re working through

  • How your nervous system responds to the first session

  • Your goals for change

We’ll walk through this together if it makes sense for you.

What you’re really investing in

A mind that finally slows down

✔ Relief from constant overthinking

✔ Energy that isn’t drained by anxiety

✔ Feeling more like yourself again

This isn’t about adding something else to your plate.

It’s about finally freeing up the energy you’ve been using to hold everything together.

What Does a Typical Deep Healing Session: Trauma Recovery Intensive Look Like?

  • We’ll begin with a free 20-minute consultation to explore your goals, discuss what you’d like to focus on, and determine whether a 1-, 2-, or 3-day intensive is the best fit for you. If we decide to move forward, you’ll schedule a 60-minute Pre-Intensive Planning Session, during which we’ll clarify your priorities, identify core themes, and design your individualized treatment plan.

You’ll receive a personalized workbook filled with guided reflections, resources, and integration tools to support your preparation and post-intensive growth.

If you’ll be traveling to Minnesota for your intensive, I can share recommendations for comfortable nearby accommodations and local spots to recharge between sessions.

  • Each intensive takes place in my Osseo office or virtually (for Minnesota residents) and typically includes 3 hours of therapy per day. Sessions integrate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic approaches to support deep emotional processing and nervous system regulation.

We’ll always end each session with time for grounding, reflection, and planning for the next day, so you leave feeling calm and centered.

Light snacks, coffee, and water will be available throughout your time here.

  • We’ll meet for a 60-minute Post-Intensive Integration Session to reflect on your experience, celebrate progress, and outline steps for continued healing.

You’ll receive a written summary of your intensive, including the key themes we explored, the emotional shifts you experienced, and recommendations for ongoing support.

If you’d like me to coordinate with your ongoing therapist or another provider, I can provide a collaborative debrief to ensure your progress continues to build long after your intensive ends.

Trauma Intensive Therapy FAQs

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based approach recognized by the National Registry of Evidence-Based Programs and Practices (NREPP) and the U.S. Department of Defense. Research has shown that ART can significantly reduce symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief in as few as 1–5 sessions, often achieving results much faster than traditional talk therapy.

ART works by helping the brain reprocess distressing memories and sensations so they no longer carry the same emotional charge. Because the change happens at both a neurological and emotional level, clients often experience relief that feels both deep and lasting.

ART Intensives use the same proven approach but in a condensed, highly focused format. Rather than spreading sessions over months, you have the opportunity to stay fully engaged in the process—allowing for deeper integration and faster transformation. Many clients appreciate how this immersive structure helps them gain momentum, clarity, and emotional freedom in a short amount of time.

  • Intensives are a great fit if you’re motivated to make change and want dedicated time to focus on yourself without waiting weeks or months for results. They’re ideal for those struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief, perfectionism, or addictive patterns.

  • Yes. Therapy intensives are only available to Minnesota residents. If you live out of state, you may travel to my office in Osseo, MN, to participate in person.

  • Therapy intensives are private pay only, and I do not accept insurance.

Because intensives are highly personalized and accelerated, they go beyond what traditional insurance-based therapy typically allows. Rather than following a standard, weekly model, intensives provide focused, immersive work designed for meaningful change in less time.

Insurance often limits session length, pace, and the type of treatment covered. Intensives offer you:

    • Privacy: No diagnosis or treatment plan is shared with insurance.

    • Autonomy: We focus entirely on your goals—not insurance requirements.

    • Efficiency: Deep, lasting progress in days instead of months or years.

Many clients view intensives as an investment in their healing and long-term growth, a way to move forward faster and with greater clarity.

  • ART Intensives use longer sessions over a shorter period of time, allowing you to process and resolve issues deeply without interruptions. Rather than spreading therapy over weeks or months, you can stay fully immersed in the work and experience meaningful shifts in just a few days. Many clients describe it as months of progress condensed into one transformative experience.

While the investment for an ART Intensive may seem higher upfront, it’s often more cost-effective than traditional weekly therapy. Instead of paying for months, or even years of sessions, an intensive allows you to address the root of the problem in a focused, efficient way. The extended time together helps you reach emotional breakthroughs faster, integrate new insights more deeply, and leave feeling grounded and confident in your next steps.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking your intensive and the remaining 50% is due on the scheduled pre intensive interview session.

  • If you’re considering referring to me…

In addition to Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic regulation strategies, and attachment-focused interventions to create a holistic and individualized experience for your client. The work done during an intensive often allows clients to move through emotional blocks more efficiently, returning to their primary therapist with greater stability, insight, and readiness for continued growth.

If you are trained in ART, IFS, or somatic modalities, I can tailor the intensive to align with your therapeutic framework, ensuring continuity of care.
